Professional Bull Riders Coming To Civic Center

The Professional Bull Riders’ Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour (PWVT) is coming to the Mobile Civic Center on March 9 at 7 p.m. PWVT began in 2014 as the premier expansion tour for the group. Now, PWVT is the sport’s fastest-growing tour, it says. It serves as the primary and most important qualifying series for bull riders to earn the points needed to qualify for Unleash the Beast and, ultimately, the PBR World Finals. Additionally, every winner of a PWVT regular-season event will be seeded at one Unleash the Beast event during the season, providing yet another avenue for the group’s emerging talent to increase their position in the overall world standings. Tickets start at $15.
