Mobile Launches Hospitality Career Website

MOBILE, Ala. — The City of Mobile has announced WorkInMobile, a new website to help promote career opportunities in the hospitality industry. Through it, local workers may connect with Mobile’s hoteliers and, soon, its restaurants, attractions and other businesses that relate to travel and tourism. Each user is asked to create a profile that allows them to track available jobs that align with their interests and career goals. “This partnership will promote career opportunities in our hotels, restaurants, attractions and tourism,” Mayor Sandy Stimpson explained. “In turn, it can help more local businesses recover more quickly from the effects the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the workforce in the hospitality sector.”
