Baldwin Health is officially relaunching its Healthy Women program with the first annual Healthy Women Luncheon, designed to foster a vibrant, supportive community dedicated to lifelong wellness and empowerment. The event will take place on October 7 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at The Bohemian, located at 100 South Owa Boulevard in Foley. Attendees will enjoy a curated lunch while gaining direct access to leading health professionals during an interactive panel discussion covering the most vital topics in women’s health today. The featured panelists include gastroenterologist Dr. Amy Woods on demystifying gut health, digestion and the vital link between microbiome health and overall wellness; general surgeon Dr. Kaci Simson on preventive surgical care, breast health and modern minimally invasive techniques; nurse practitioner Martha Eskridge on routine wellness, hormonal balance and personalized care strategies for every stage of life; and obstetrician and gynecologist Dr. Mehgan Lazenby on reproductive health, prenatal/postnatal care and holistic wellness for women.
