Infirmary Health Again Named Alabama’s Best Healthcare System Employer

Infirmary Health has once again earned recognition as one of the “best places to work and the top healthcare system employer in the State of Alabama,” according to the 2024 “America’s Best-in-State Employers” list released by Forbes. This marks the third consecutive year Infirmary Health has achieved this distinction after being recognized on Forbes’ 2022 and 2023 lists. Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey 70,000 employees across the U.S. at companies with more than 500 employees. Forbes’ list considered every aspect of an employee’s experience such as work environment, gender pay equity, opportunities for advancement, pride in the company’s product or services, whether they would recommend working for the company to a family member or friend, and more.
