Infirmary Health, Industrial Wellness Rehab (IWR) Partner

MOBILE, Ala. — Infirmary Health and IWR have entered into a strategic partnership to enhance industrial rehabilitation services across the Gulf Coast, according to an announcement. Under the leadership of Richard and Lisa Sullivan, IWR has provided outpatient industrial rehabilitation to the region for more than 30 years. The partnership is hoped to strengthen both organizations’ outpatient services across industrial rehabilitation, physical therapy, sports medicine, orthopedics, corporate wellness and occupational medicine. IWR’s services include agility and post-offer employment screenings, ergonomic assessments, proactive injury treatment, preventive education, functional capacity evaluation, work conditioning and work hardening programs, as well as both physical and occupational therapy. IWR will continue to see patients at its Brookley Complex location in Mobile. As part of the partnership, Richard Sullivan joins Infirmary Health as director of industrial wellness and occupational medicine.
