Physician Joins Eastern Shore Family Practice

Dr. Heather Castleberry is a board-certified family medicine physician joining Daphne’s Eastern Shore Family Practice from her hometown hospital in Donalsonville, Georgia. There, she practiced inpatient and outpatient medicine, as well as nursing home geriatric care. Castleberry is to provide comprehensive services including preventative and wellness care, urgent medical care, chronic disease management, as well as pediatric care for children ages two and older. She received her medical degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine in the Cayman Islands and went on to complete her residency at Columbus Regional Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia. She is a member of the American Medical Association and American Academy of Family Physicians.
