Providence Radiology Completes Digital Upgrades

USA Health Providence Hospital’s radiology department has completed a major renovation and technology upgrade project, transforming six radiology rooms with advanced digital imaging technology to improve efficiency, safety and image quality for patients and care teams. These rooms allow technologists to reduce radiation doses to patients and staff and increase efficiency by more than 50%. Four rooms received complete remodels featuring Carestream digital technology and room revitalization. The $1.2-million project marked a significant investment in advanced diagnostic imaging.
