USA Health Appoints Director Of Women’s Services

Registered nurse Vicki Curtis has been appointed director of women’s services for USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital in Mobile. In this role, Curtis will oversee departments involved with women’s health, including general obstetrics and gynecology, high-risk obstetrics, labor and delivery and mother-baby. She will also implement new programs intended to support improved patient outcomes. In previous roles, Curtis served as a manager in the labor and delivery departments at USA Health and Thomas Hospital. She also worked as a nurse at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola and at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, U.K. Curtis has spent most of her career in maternal-child nursing, providing care to women throughout pregnancy and childbirth. In 2013, Curtis earned a master’s degree in Nursing at Spring Hill College. She also holds a Registered Nurse Inpatient Obstetric Nursing Certification.
