USA Health Named To Top List For Employers Of New Graduates

USA Health has been nationally recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2025. It received the highest ranking of any employer in Alabama and is the only in from the Mobile area to make the list. The annual ranking, conducted by Forbes in partnership with market research firm Statista, identifies the top 500 employers across the U.S. that offer enriching experiences for early-career professionals. USA Health’s inclusion reflects its reputation as an organization that empowers new graduates to thrive in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment. Out of 500 companies listed, USA Health ranked 160. America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2025 were identified in an independent survey of more than 100,000 U.S. young professionals (employees who have less than 10 years of work experience) working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S. The final score is based on two types of evaluations: personal (by employees) and public (by friends and family members of employees or members of the public who work in the same industry).
