USA Health Practitioner Receives National Menopause Designation

Dr. Constance Collins Dabezies, a board-certified OB-GYN with USA Health, has become one of only seven healthcare providers in Alabama to hold the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) Certified Menopause Practitioner designation. To earn the certification, a healthcare professional must meet the program’s criteria and pass an examination. The certification indicates a special interest and competency in the field of menopause. Dabezies treats patients at USA Health Eastern Shore OB-GYN, located at the Eastern Shore Centre in Spanish Fort. Her practice focuses on women’s healthcare, including menopausal medicine, hormone consultations, gynecologic cancer prevention and obstetrical care. Dabezies earned her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine and completed an OB-GYN residency at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
