Bob Baumhower And Aloha Hospitality Celebrate 40 Years

MOBILE, BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. — Bob Baumhower, who began his restaurant business in Tuscaloosa with his first restaurant, Wings & Things, with his high school friend, Phillip Weaver, 40 years ago, is celebrating the anniversary with his Aloha Hospitality group. Baumhower also started Baumhower’s Victory Grille locations in Daphne and Mobile, which are part of a chain of 14 restaurants throughout the state. As part of its celebration, the restaurants are introducing a new featured item, “Alabama Hot Chicken.” The company said it is furthering its commitment to service with its outreach programs in Alabama communities. It is also celebrating the 10-year anniversary of Spencer Baumhower, president, being with the company.
