Planned Aqua Suites In Gulf Shores Renamed Hotel Rain

Hotel Rain is the new name for the planned Aqua Suites on Gulf Shores Parkway in Gulf Shores, AL.com reports. The three-story, 49-unit Hotel Rain will be developed by Wealth Hospitality in the former Kaiser building at 1557 Gulf Shores Parkway. AnderCorp, based in Gulfport, was named construction manager for the new boutique hotel, which will feature a courtyard pool with a swim-up bar and cabanas, cocktail lounge, spa and fitness room. Wealth Management has developed hotel properties across the country, including Tru by Hilton in Mobile, built in 2019. The Aqua Suites is one of two properties Wealth Management is working to develop in Gulf Shores. The other is a 100-room Woodsprings Suite by Choice, according to an earlier report.
