Houston Salad Bar Restaurant Plans To Expand Into Mobile

MOBILE, Ala. — Salata, a create-your-own salad bar restaurant concept based in Houston, is planning an expansion into Alabama, Business Alabama reports. Huntsville, Birmingham and Tuscaloosa are targeted for openings in 2023, with Montgomery and Mobile expected to follow.
