Fairhope’s Provision Announces Executive Chef

FAIRHOPE, Ala. — Provision, located in Downtown Fairhope, recently announced Chef Will Hughes as its new executive chef. He will be accompanied by Chef Brandi Eslava, a longtime Provision employee, in leading the culinary efforts at the restaurant. Hughes is expected to help grow Provision’s takeaway, catering, events and in-house business. Hughes’ sandwich, The Sandwich, was added to the menu last week, and family-style takeaway meals are now available. Hughes attended Johnson & Wales University and has worked in various esteemed restaurants across the Southeast and owned and operated his own storefront and catering business.
