Local Bartender Wins Regional Award
According to a recent announcement, Raleigh Swan, a bartender with the Hope Farm in Fairhope, is an Alabama Restaurant & Hospitality Association Regional Bartender of the Year. The winning drink, the “Monsuma,” is made from Old Forester 86, fresh lemon juice, red wine reduction, satsuma and ginger foam, and atomized angostura bitters.
