The Fairhope Inn Announces New Executive Chef

The Fairhope Inn has announced the appointment of Caitlin Horne as its new executive chef. Born and raised in Fairhope and a graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans, Horne’s culinary foundation was shaped by her Southern heritage and time spent in the kitchens of the Alabama Gulf Coast and New Orleans. Menu items will include guest favorites, such as crab cakes and escargot, along with seasonal changes; house-made pastas; scratch-made desserts; and specials inspired by local ingredients. Established in 1906 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Fairhope Inn features three guest suites; a carriage house; private event spaces; and The Polo Bar, which offers craft cocktails and an extensive wine selection.
