The Hope Farm Hires Chef Briand, Teases New Fairhope Concept

The Hope Farm in Fairhope has announced that Bill Briand, a five-time James Beard nominated chef who was the executive chef at Fisher’s at Orange Beach Marine for 10 years, is joining the company as it prepares to expand into a new concept in Fairhope. Details are still being finalized and will be released this summer, but co-founder Robert Evans told Gulf Coast Media, “The new restaurant will be in downtown Fairhope. It will give Briand a space to delight diners with his coastal Southern cuisine and elevated seafood.” In the meantime, Briand will be working with Executive Chef Adam Stephens and The Hope Farm culinary team to cultivate special events.
