Christian & Small’s Taylor Named Chair-Elect For State Committee

Christian & Small has announced that Mobile Partner Jeremy P. Taylor has been asked to once again serve as chair-elect of the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section’s Commercial Transportation and Litigation General Committee for the 2026-2027 bar year. His appointment takes effect September 1. He will then serve as committee chair for the 2027-2028 bar year. He served as committee chair in 2013-2014. Taylor is a Mobile native with more than 26 years of experience handling litigation claims involving catastrophic injuries, fatalities and damages, primarily in transportation and heavy industry. He has been involved with the Alabama Trucking Association, Claims Litigation Management Alliance, ClaimsXChange, and Trucking Industry Defense Association and currently serves as membership chair of the Defense Research Institute’s Trucking Law Committee.
