Eiland Establishes Boutique Estate Planning Firm

According to the Mobile Bar Association, Mark P. Eiland has established Heircraft Planning LLC, a boutique estate planning firm. It will focus on estate planning, business succession planning, asset protection and mediation of disputes involving wills and trusts. The firm will serve clients in Alabama and Florida. Eiland graduated from the University of Montevallo with a degree in finance before earning both his law and graduate degrees in tax law from the University of Alabama. He worked for a short time as a litigator before transitioning to estate planning and trust administration in 2000. He worked as a trust officer and became a manager of a regional bank’s trust department. Eiland is a member of the Alabama State Bar and Florida State Bar, in addition to being admitted to The U.S Tax Court. He is a former president of the Alabama Bankers Association trust section and a member of the Mobile Estate Planning Council, Northwest Florida Estate Planning Council (Pensacola) and Emerald Coast Estate Planning Council (Destin and Panama City).
