Local Lawyer Named ACMA Fellow

Jason D. Smith of Mobile’s Anders, Boyett, Brady & Smith, PC, was recently inducted as a fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA) at its annual meeting in La Jolla, California. Smith has been with the firm since his admission to the bar in 1999. He graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1996 with a BS in economics and earned his JD from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1999. He is a member of the Mobile Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar. His practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of real estate, title insurance, mortgage banking, business formations and civil litigation. ACMA is a group of more than 500 mortgage attorneys from across the U.S. and Canada who are nominated and selected by the membership.
