Threaded Fasteners Acquires Georgia Business

Mobile-based Threaded Fasteners, Inc. has acquired Ricco Fasteners of Thomasville, Georgia. The move marks the 17th branch of Threaded Fasteners, which is owned entirely by its 350 employees and maintains more than $16 million worth of inventory.
