Threaded Fasteners Acquires Georgia Business

Mobile-based Threaded Fasteners, Inc. has acquired Ricco Fasteners of Thomasville, Georgia. The move marks the 17th branch of Threaded Fasteners, which is owned entirely by its 350 employees and maintains more than $16 million worth of inventory. Threaded Fasteners said the integration of Ricco Fasteners will enable it to expand its current product offerings in Georgia as it continues to invest in additional locations across the U.S. “Together, we plan to utilize the current wide range of Ricco’s inventory and manufacturing capabilities to further expand our product offerings to the Thomasville and greater Georgia area,” said Jerrad Douberly, chief operating officer of Threaded Fasteners.
