American Advertising Federation (AAF) Wins Service Award

AAF Mobile Bay announced it was recently awarded the Whitney M. Young, Jr. Service Award from the Mobile Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America (Mobile BSA). The award recognizes outstanding service by an adult individual or by an organization for demonstrated involvement in the development and implementation of scouting opportunities for youth from rural or low-income urban backgrounds. AAF Mobile Bay is the first chapter in the AAF to receive this award. During its 2020 -2021 year, the organization helped coordinate several marketing deliverables for Mobile BSA. Projects included social media assets and a recommended posting schedule from Southern View Media, volunteer and recognition program design and layout by Hummingbird and press release and media contacts/interviews by the AAF board. The federation said it will continue its partnership with the Mobile BSA this year.
