JJPR Reshapes Leadership Team, Adds Senior Content Producer

Daphne-based JJPR Agency has reshaped its leadership team, naming Sara Miles Agee as vice president and Kathryn Fuller as client services director. In addition, Karen Cole was promoted to senior content producer. Agee has more than 15 years of agency experience, with three years at JJPR. Since joining the team, she has served as the production director and the vice president of creative services and operations. She will be responsible for the leadership and management of agency operations, attracting new business and managing large-scale campaigns and digital and website projects, while overseeing agency growth, client satisfaction and employee standing. Fuller has nearly 10 years of experience in facilitating communications regarding overall strategic branding, executing advertising and marketing campaigns, and media planning and placement. Following her promotion to client services director, she will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving account growth and ensuring the successful execution of public relations and marketing campaigns. Cole’s career began in 1989 after earning a BA in communications from Jacksonville State University. With a foundation in broadcasting, she spent 14 years as creative services director for a group of TV stations in Birmingham before joining JJPR. Her contributions to broadcasting and advertising have earned Cole more than 40 Addy Awards, 19 Emmy nominations and five Emmy Awards.
