Overlap Podcast Hits 150 Episodes, Launches AI Tool

The Overlap Podcast has marked its 150th episode by rolling out an AI chatbot. The podcast, which has grown from a passion project to now reaching 20,000 weekly listeners, recently launched Overlap Echo, which it calls “a smart chat tool that makes finding specific business advice as easy as sending a text.” Developed by Dominik Fretz at Port City AI, it is intended to transform how listeners interact with the podcast’s knowledge base. Launched in 2021, The Overlap Podcast covers the overlapping worlds of business, family and fitness with practical advice and camaraderie for small business leaders. What started as two friends sharing hard-won lessons has grown into a go-to resource for entrepreneurs across the Gulf Coast and beyond. The show says 70% of its listeners run companies with fewer than 50 employees, and 50% are leading teams of 1-10 people.
