Annual Gulf Seafood Gala Announced

The Dauphin Island Heritage and Arts Council has announced the 5th Annual Gulf Seafood Gala for December 4 at 6-9 p.m. at the Isle Dauphine Club. A fundraiser for the nonprofit council, the event will showcase Alabama Gulf Coast seafood traditions with “a nostalgic evening celebrating the coastal chic of the Isle Dauphine Club in its heyday,” the council said. Chef Phillip Patronas is planning a four-course dinner for $100 per person. Live music will be provided by guitarist Mark Habib and other musical guests. Additionally, a silent auction  featuring artwork and services from artists and local businesses will be held. Table reservations are required, and social distancing and face coverings are preferred. To reserve a table for two, four, six or eight, text 251-490-0294 or email.
