RCLF proudly announces that its Chief Financial Officer, Chuck Wall, has been elected to the Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) Board of Directors. The announcement was made during the 2025 OFN Conference held October 20–23 in Washington, D.C., where national CDFI leaders gathered to discuss strategies for strengthening access to equitable capital.

Chuck Wall’s election represents a significant milestone for RCLF and the broader Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) sector. With years of experience in financial management and community development, Wall’s leadership will help shape national strategies to strengthen CDFIs and the communities they serve, especially in today’s challenging economic climate.
