SPANISH FORT, Ala. — Spanish Fort-based holding company 68 Ventures recently announced the sale of Podium Property Management to Ashurst Niemeyer Real Estate of Fairhope. 68 Ventures formed Podium Property Management to provide a turnkey property management solution along the Gulf Coast. Ashurst Niemeyer is expanding its property management platform under the Level Property Management name and has been a longtime partner to 68 Ventures. Level Property Management handles both residential and commercial property management. The acquisition of Podium Property Management is to help Level achieve the scale to serve a growing and increasingly competitive Gulf Coast rental market. 68 Ventures is a holding company for numerous operating and development entities along the Alabama Gulf Coast and Florida Panhandle.
