A four-bedroom waterfront unit at the Blue Martin Getaway duplex on Marina Road in Orange Beach was purchased at auction for $880,000, according to American Auctioneers based in Centre, Alabama. The Waynesboro, Mississippi, buyer was one of 14 bidders that came from five states to bid for two units. The seller kept the five-bedroom unit that did not sell. Lodestar Realty purchased a 3,600-ft2 office at 6348 Piccadilly Square Drive in Mobile, according to Jill Meeks of Stirling, who represented the seller.
