The Waynesboro, Mississippi, buyer was one of 14 bidders that came from five states to bid for two units. The seller kept the five-bedroom unit that did not sell. Lodestar Realty purchased a 3,600-ft2 office at 6348 Piccadilly Square Drive in Mobile, according to Jill Meeks of Stirling, who represented the seller.
