Baldwin County May 2026 Resort Housing Report

According to Baldwin REALTORS Multiple Listing Service data, the latest figures reflect continued buyer demand across the county. In May 2026, “Resort” reported an average residential sales price of $745,746, up from $702,436 in May 2025. Properties spent a similar duration on the market, with average days on market increasing slightly to 114, compared to 113 days a year ago. Closed residential sales increased significantly year over year, with 240 properties sold in May 2026, compared to 197 in May 2025. Total residential sales volume rose to $178,979,222, up from $138,380,064 last year. New residential listings declined modestly, with 342 new listings added in May 2026, compared to 367 in May 2025.
