In Gulf Shores, a local investor paid $810,000 for a 7,500-ft2 office building at 750 Commerce Drive, according to Jeff Barnes and Steadman Bethea of Stirling, who handled the transaction. Also in Gulf Shores, Bruce’s Plumbing is looking to build a 5,000-ft2 building for its business at 7369 Alamo Circle, according to the Planning Commission.
