In Foley, Hembree Heating & Air Conditioning paid $465,000 for a new office warehouse building at 15333 Highway 59, according to Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the buyer. Barbara McDaniel of Re/Max Orange Beach worked for the seller. In Gulf Shores, a local investor paid $810,000 for a 7,500-ft2 office building at 750 Commerce Drive, according to Jeff Barnes and Steadman Bethea of Stirling, who handled the transaction.
