Baldwin REALTORS Wins 2024 Local President’s Cup Award

Baldwin REALTORS announced it has been awarded the 2024 Local President’s Cup Award by the REALTORS Political Action Committee (RPAC). This honor recognizes the association’s efforts to engage its REALTOR membership in the democratic process, raising awareness of voter registration and participation in the local 2024 elections. Baldwin REALTORS says it is the only large board association in Alabama to earn this distinction this year. Award-winning highlights include voter registration reminders and a get-out-the-vote campaign. The criteria for the President’s Cup Award include that Baldwin REALTORS met and surpassed its share of the Alabama RPAC fundraising goal for 2024 and achieved a REALTOR participation rate of 37% or more. The association achieved a 67% REALTOR participation rate. Since its inception, the Local President’s Cup Award has honored REALTOR associations across the country that demonstrate leadership in political advocacy, RPAC support and member mobilization.
