Bellator Real Estate Announces Partnership, Agency Awards

Bellator Real Estate announced a new partnership during its annual B More Awards Celebration in February. Troy Wilson, president of Bellator, shared that he and Geoff Stacey, chief operating officer and vice president, along with two partners, have successfully acquired Nathan Cox’s (68 Ventures) remaining ownership in Bellator. Bellator said this marks a significant milestone for it, as it solidifies the leadership team’s complete control over the company’s future. David Sansing and Frank White join Wilson and Stacey as partners. Also at the event, more than 200 agents were recognized for their achievements in 2023. Bellator closed $684.8 million in residential and commercial transactions in 2023, ranking it as the number one real estate firm along the Gulf Coast for the seventh consecutive year. Daniela Nielsen of the Eastern Shore office was honored with the 2023 Eric A. Jones award, given to a Bellator agent who, in the eyes of their peers, demonstrates a tireless pursuit for excellence in every endeavor, with a selfless attitude and an overall zest for the real estate profession. Kristina Childress of the Fairhope office was selected as the 2023 Dana M. Carter Above and Beyond Award recipient. This award celebrates a full-time staff member who displays a selfless, supportive and giving attitude toward agents throughout the year.
