 Cavala Apartments, a 146-unit, Class AA boutique apartment community developed by Arlington Properties, has opened in Orange Beach. Residents can choose from spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom homes finished with chef-inspired kitchens featuring stainless-steel appliances, white quartz countertops, shaker-style cabinetry and pendant lighting. There are spa-inspired bathrooms with polished chrome finishes and glass shower doors; in-home washers and dryers; private balconies and porches; gated enclosed corridors; EV charging stations; valet trash service; bicycle racks; a business center with a conference room and workspaces; and a resort-style saltwater pool with palm-lined landscaping, sun loungers, umbrellas and grilling stations. A 24-hour fitness center includes a yoga studio, indoor/outdoor workout areas, spin bikes and a cycling hub. Those with pets may use the leash-free pet park and pet spa with washing and drying stations.
