Penske has purchased a 13-acre site in Cypress Business Park at the Rangeline Road/I-10 interchange in Mobile, where it plans to build a truck leasing and maintenance facility, for $2.3 million. Penske was represented in the transaction by Bowen Weir of B4 Properties, and the seller was represented by John Peebles and William Peebles of City Management Co.
