Former Buck’s Pizza Location In Downtown Mobile Sold

The property located at the corner of Dauphin and Claiborne streets, which is the former location of Buck’s pizza across from the Cathedral Basilica in Downtown Mobile, was recently sold, according to county property tax records, Downtown Mobile Today reports. Three Fifty Corp. sold the land and building to Rex2 LLC for $412,500, the records show. Online real estate listings indicate the 5,200-ft2 property is undergoing renovations. The lease price according to the listing is $8,233 per month, and the building is expected to be available November 1. Hunter Adams of Adams IP is the contact person for the property.
