Government Street Corner Property Sold

MOBILE, Ala. — Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. recently sold the property located at 1465 Government Street in Mobile for $208,000. Described as a “rare corner retail lot on Government Street,” the property was sold to the Stokely Investment Group. The purchase will allow for expansion of the adjacent property, Stokley Garden Express. Sam Calderone of Re/Max Partners represented the buyer.
