GULF SHORES, Ala. — Recently, Portland, Oregon-based Vacasa, an international vacation rental management platform, released its “2022 Top 25 Best Places to Buy a Vacation Home list,” with Gulf Shores being on it at No. 10 with an average rate of return at 7.5% and area media home sale price of $437,250, Gulf Coast Media reported.
