Herrington Realty has announced the sale of a Saraland property for $2.1 million. Colby Herrington represented the seller in the transaction for the property anchored by McAlister’s Deli. This center sits on what Herrington Realty says is a “major path of growth,” and the company was able to generate multiple offers for the seller, who eventually matched with a local investor that is “bullish on the retail corridor of Saraland for the foreseeable future.”
