Kinetic Capital Holding Announces Baldwin County Development

Kinetic Capital Holding, which develops manufactured housing and RV campgrounds across the Southeast, is to transform 78 acres in Baldwin County into a community with approximately 240 manufactured homes. “This initiative not only addresses the housing crisis with affordable options for residents, but also capitalizes on Baldwin County’s rapid growth and appeal as a desirable location for families and individuals alike,” the company said. The community will feature amenities including swimming pools, a clubhouse and playgrounds. Construction is expected to begin within months, with plans for phased completion over the next couple of years. The company said it “envisions a long-term commitment to the affordable housing sector, with a focus on community building and sustainable living.”
