Limitless Homes Purchased From 68 Ventures

Established custom home builder Limitless Homes was recently acquired by its leaders, Nate McMullin and Chris Bailey. The purchase, effective July 1, marks a new chapter of independence and growth for Limitless Homes as it transitions from being owned by 68 Ventures to direct ownership by McMullin and Bailey, the company’s longtime leaders who have led the day-to-day operations of the company. Originally founded as the luxury custom home division of renowned regional builder Truland Homes, Limitless Homes earned a reputation for delivering high-quality personalized homes for its clients on the Eastern Shore and along the Alabama Gulf Coast. In 2021, Limitless changed its name from “Limitless by Truland Homes, LLC” and became an independent home-building entity, still operating under the 68 Ventures umbrella but separate from Truland Homes. Limitless Homes specializes in building custom and semi-custom homes on its clients’ lots in Baldwin County, in addition to developing high-end homes and developments in popular local communities.
