Local Companies Sell Properties In Mobile, Foley

Roberts Brothers Commercial & Property Management, Inc. and its agent E. Bradford Ladd Jr., represented seller FAM Property Solution LLC in the sale of a 4,895 ft2 building at 4742 Airport Boulevard in Mobile. The former Praytor Realty building near Bit and Spur Road was purchased by J & M Davidson Properties LLC represented by Brittain Youngblood of Youngblood Real Estate. Berkshire Hathaway Cooper & Co., Inc., announced it recently sold 1.83 acres at the corner of Three Notch and Travis roads in Mobile to a private investor for $360,000. Tony Cooper and David Cooper of the company worked with the seller, and Forrest Register of Register Realty, Inc. and Stuart LaGroue of Omega Properties, Inc. worked with the buyer. Merrill P Thomas Co. said its agent Mike Reid represented Harbor Hills, Inc. in selling an approximately 1.93-acre commercial lot in Foley along Highway 59 to McKenzie and Fig, LLC. The buyer, represented by George Catranis of Catranis Real Estate, is planning retail shops at the site.
