Merril P. Thomas Co. Named Top Small Brokerage In State

Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. announced it was named “Top Small Brokerage” at the 2025 Alabama REALTORS Annual Awards Celebration & Installation Dinner during the Alabama REALTORS annual conference. The evening highlighted outstanding achievements across Alabama’s real estate industry. Additionally, Three Sixty Real Estate received the medium-sized brokerage award, and Bellator Real Estate earned the large brokerage distinction. Other honorees included Deborah Lucas Robinson of the Mobile Area Association (Robert Jemison Award), RaJane Johnson of the Morgan County Association (David D. Roberts Award) and Carol Andrews of the Montgomery Area Association, who was named 2025 Alabama REALTOR of the Year.
