Stirling Announces Sale Of Retail Property

Stirling Properties recently announced the sale of Lakeview Village II, a 45,839-ft² shopping center in D’Iberville, Mississippi. The transaction was facilitated by Angela McArthur of Stirling’s Daphne office. Lakeview Village II is in the center of a regional retail development that includes major tenants such as Lowes, Walmart Supercenter, Academy Sports, Target, Marshalls and Best Buy. This property offers ample parking, signalized entrance and more than 600 ft of frontage on Sangani Boulevard.
