Merrill P. Thomas Sells 35 Acres In Foley, Leases Mobile Building

Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. of Mobile recently reported its handling of property sold at 17516 County Road 16 in Foley next to Hidden Lakes. Its agents/brokers Pratt Thomas and Daryl Cleworth facilitated the sale of 35 acres from John D. Flowers to Turnberry Development, LLC for $450,000. Construction has commenced on the land, which will be developed into a single-family subdivision to be known as “Kippling Meadows.” A two-phase project will see 119 lots built out by D.R. Horton. Completion of the subdivision is expected in late summer or early fall. Merrill P. Thomas also recently leased a 4,700-ft2 office/warehouse at 846 Butler Drive in Mobile to Enviro-Master of Mobile, which will use it as its headquarters after being based out of Daphne.
