Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc., represented the landlord in leasing a freestanding 4,800-ft2 warehouse that sits on a paved and fenced 3/4-acre lot at 2320 West I-65 Service Road North in Mobile to new tenants Full Throttle Marine & Maintenance, Inc. Full Throttle is a family owned and operated marine service and repair company. Additionally, Mike Reid, also of Merrill P. Thomas, represented sellers George J. Allen and Evelyn C. Allen in the sale of a one-story brick office space at 1962 Springhill Avenue. The new owners, represented by Eileen Bruette of RE/MAX, plan on opening “Springhill Urgent Care” at this property.
