New Housing Complex Coming To USA

According to AL.com, a new student housing complex, Ivy Row at South, will be located at 6636 Old Shell Road adjacent to the University of South Alabama (USA) intramural fields. The complex, to open in 2022, will feature cottage homes ranging from three to five bedrooms. It is to be comprised of 186 beds, a pool, a study lounge with private rooms, a dog park and more.
