New Subdivision In Fairhope

Local developers have purchased almost 34 acres of land for $1.375 million, AL.com recently reported. The land is at the southwest corner of Highway 181 and Bay Meadows Avenue in Fairhope. The property will be developed as a 76-lot single-family residential project, with all homes being built by Breland Homes Coastal.
